Nan
Nan is a sweet little girl who just wants to be loved. She is a super lover/snuggler/hugger/kisser. She was found dumped in the shed of an HUA employee at a house that she was moving out of. Thank goodness she went to the shed to get something before she left! A coincidence that the dog was left at the house of an HUA employee? We doubt it. We only wish that the people would have the guts to knock on the door and say we can't care for our dog anymore, please help. Nan was lucky. Now she is ready to go to a home with people who will love and care for her properly. She deserves it. She is the sweetest little dog in the world and she doesn't ask for much, she says just give me some affection and please keep me safe. In return she will brighten your days always.
Nan is a female Rat Terrier. She was born in 1998 and weighs 15 pounds.
Nan is so happy that she has a Buddy! Her Buddy, Caitlin, is in serving in the United States Airforce. Caitlin says that she hopes Nan will be adopted soon. Caitlin said to tell you she will visit you on the internet Nan, and she wants you to be with your own happy family very soon. Nan sends Caitlin many happy, grateful kisses for her kind love and support, and for her dedicated service to our country.
Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested.
