Blaise came from a terrible puppy mill in Missouri. The conditions and treatment of the dogs were just awful. Blaise is afraid of humans, but is warming up. Of the 3 bichons who came in together he is the first to warm up, show hope in his eyes and accept gestures of love from the humans. We can only imagine what must have been done to this precious trio to make them so fearful. We are sure the reward will be worth the effort for whomever adopts Blaise, as he is an adorable little fellow just waiting to fully appreciate life.

Blaise is a male bichon. He weighs 10.8 pounds and was born in February of 2006.
