Homeward Bound - Adopted!
Now living happily in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Disco was found running in a parking lot when it was LESS THAN ZERO DEGREES out! Can you imagine? This poor boy. He was so terribly cold and frightened. How lucky for him that a director of Hearts United just happened to be in that parking lot. He was so grateful to be rescued. He is a charming, very sweet natured and loving boy. All he wants is love. He does happy dances of gratitude to be in such a warm place with people who adore him. We will make sure that Disco is never again cold and alone.
Disco is a male rat terrier. He was born 1/06 and weighs 12 pounds.
Disco is so happy that he has BUDDIES!
His Buddies, Mark Robbins and his handsome Corgi boy Frasier, from Omaha, Nebraska sent him this message: "Disco, You are such a nice looking, happy young man! His Buddy, Becky DeAngelo, from Hanover Park, Illinois, sent him this message: "Hi Disco! You are sooooo cute! I wish I could take you home with me and give you lots of hugs! Lots of Love, Your new Buddy, Becky" Disco sends Becky many happy, grateful kisses.
Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. Buddies are people who help support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the Buddy.
