Fraggle is as lovely and adorable as he looks! He is an amazingly fun and happy fellow. Fraggle just showed up at someone's house asking for a little help, and they were kind enough to bring him to HUA. We are so glad they did. Fraggle's sparkling personality lights up a room. He will be a very best buddy for the lucky person who adopts him.

Fraggle is a Wastm...Wild And Scraggly Terrier Mix (we're just catching on to the designer dog names...haha).
