Gawain is so happy to be free! He spent his first 6 years in a puppy mill. Boy is he making up for lost time! Gawain is a sweet, loving, fun boy. He's a big ham who loves to be with the people and a part of whatever is going on. He is mellow, gentle and ever so gorgeous. He steals the hearts of everyone he meets. He always has a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye.
Gawain is a male Corgi. He was born 09/14/02 and weighs 34.6 pounds.
Gawain is so happy that he has Buddies!
His Buddy, Laura Roeber, from Lincoln, Nebraska, sent him this message: "Hi Gawain! Our names are Gidget and Elway. We are mini long-hair dachshunds and think you are very cute and fun and we want to be your buddies! We are seven and also have a big sister named Bailey. She's a white german shepherd and looks after us. We hope you get adopted soon!" Gawain sends Laura, Gidget and Elway many happy, grateful kisses.
His Buddy, Elizabeth Miller, from Langhorne, Pennsylvania, sent him this message: "Gawain, You are so cute! I know you will find your forever home soon. You and all of your friends at Hearts United are in my prayers." Gawain sends Elizabeth many happy, grateful Corgi boy kisses.
Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. Buddies are people who help support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the Buddy.
