Homeward Bound - Adopted!
Now living happily in Indianola, Iowa with Einstein yorkie who was adopted the same day.
Glory is a delightful lady. She was rescued from a puppy mill after 9 years of misery. She has such a beautiful and lively personality. She adores humans and thinks being free is just the best thing ever! She is so happy to be rescued. We can't wait to see her in a home of her very own. She will be an adoring companion. Glory had multiple mammary tumors removed, caused by her very difficult and painful life as a breeding dog. Thankfully all of the tumors were benign and she has only the best things in life ahead of her.
Glory is a female Yorkshire Terrier. She was born 1/10/1999 and weighs 12 pounds.
Glory is so happy that she has Buddies! Her Buddies, Kira and John DiGangi, from Aurora, Coloardo, sent her this message: "Glad your free of that dredful place! We hope someone gives you a new home. Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. Buddies are people who help support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the Buddy.
