Homeward Bound - Adopted!
Now living happily in Omaha, Nebraska.
Meg was found wandering around homeless in a small town. She is young but is very well behaved. She is a smart, strikingly gorgeous and oh so very happy girl! She will make an adoring, loving companion for the people who adopt her.
Meg is a mixed breed female who was born approximately December of 2007 and weighs 36 pounds.
Meg is so happy that she has a Buddy! Her Buddy, Julia Baldus, from Oak Creek, Wisconsin, sent her this message: "Hi Meg: Oh! How I wish we could adopt you! You'd make a great sister to our Dakota and Oliver! But with a new human baby on the way - we'll just send our love this way until your forever family finds you! - Dan, Julia, Dakota, Oliver and the baby" Meg sends Dan, Julia, Dakota, Oliver and the sweet little baby many happy, grateful kisses.
Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested.
