Homeward Bound - Adopted!
Now living happily in Palo Alto, California.
Molly is a sweet little girl. She adores the humans and is just cute as can possibly be. She was given up by a breeder who said she was putting her into 'retirement'. Molly does not tolerate other dogs well, perhaps from her hard life of being confined with so many others. She prefers to be an only dog with an adoring human who will make up for her years of being used as livestock.
Molly is a female Yorkie, born 2/19/01. She weighs 5 pounds.

Her Buddy, Sue Ortiz, from Lincoln, Nebraska, sent her this message: "Hi Molly! What a cutie you are! I'd love to have you live with us, but you prefer not to live with other dogs and Kuma (Akita) and Misty (Lhasa Apso)already live with me. They say hi. I'm sure you will find a wonderful family soon. Until then, we'd love to help take care of you!" Molly sends many happy, grateful kisses to Sue and her fur family.
Her Buddy, Laurie Ivey-Caldwell, from Council Bluffs, Iowa, sent her this message: "Molly, you are so beautiful and when I saw all of your pictures, especially the 2 with your precious tongue, I cried. I would so love to make you mine!! I have 2 other small yorkies so you probably would not like that. If you change your mind on that, Molly, let me know!! :)" Molly sends Laurie many sweet, grateful kisses.
Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested.
