Princess
Princess is an adorable, loving little terrier girl. She came from a home where the people loved her very much but they did not have time for her. She loves people dearly and is a sensitive little girl. She was devastated to come to the shelter. She loves to lay on her back in a persons arms and have her tummy and chest rubbed. She is the prettiest, sweetest little girl in the world!! She is so devoted. She attaches herself to her people with total adoration. She is one smart cookie. She thinks she is the police with other dogs. If they are doing something not likely appreciated by the humans she will be the first to tell on them, nudge them with her nose, squeal around about the illegal activity going on. Otherwise, she does fine with other dogs at the shelter. She is good with house manners and could learn just about anything a person wants to teach her. She is a grand little dog.
Princess is a female terrier. She was born in June of 2004 and weighs 15 pounds.
Princess is so happy that she has Buddies!
Her Buddy, Gisela Tacao, from Miami Beach, Florida sent her this message: "Princess, you are just so cute! I wish I was able to have more "kids", but I already have 4 Jack Russells and 15 cats!!!! I am sure you are going to find a great loving home. God bless you!" Princess sends Gisela and her kids many grateful, happy kisses.
Her Buddy, Colleen McLaughlin, from Valley, Nebraska, sent her this message: "Dear Princess, The people at HUA tell me you are one of the happiest, silliest, most fun dogs they've known. Looking at your picture I sure believe them. You brought a smile to my face. I hope your heart remains light and full of love while you wait for your forever home." Princess sends Colleen many happy, grateful hugs and kisses.
Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. Buddies are people who help support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the Buddy.
