Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Nebraska.

Bristol spent the first six years of her precious life in a horrendous puppy mill in Missouri. Although those years were filled with neglect, filth and horror, Bristol walked out of that place into a life filled with sunshine and happiness. She is the funniest, friendliest, most playful little girl. Bristol loves everybody she meets, plays happily with the other small dogs and lives every day to the fullest. She is a huge favorite with the volunteers because she is just such an easy liver. Nobody can find a single thing not to love. Of course, it doesn't hurt that she has the most adorable face on the planet and a goofy disposition that keeps us all in giggles.
Buddy Messages (1)
Her Buddy, Christy Meyen, from Omaha, NE, sent her this message: "Bristol, We are so happy you have found your way to HUA. Hope it’s not too long before you find your forever family! Love and puppies kisses from Christy, Chance, Chelsea, Brody and Finn." Bristol sends all the Meyens lots of enthusiastic kisses and many grateful hugs, and hopes they visit soon!

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
