Tila

be my buddy
Long Hair Tabby and White
Born: 07/08/2006
Small
10 lbs
Female

Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Belmont, Missouri.

Tila was rescued from a small town near the shelter. She obviously has had it rough, as indicated by damage done to her darling ears. Tila was either beat up or eaten up by fleas, ticks, flies, or quite possibly frozen off. Her broken ears don't bother her a bit and they certainly do not detract from her elegance. Tila is extremely loyal to humans and is a bit of a lounge lizard. Hanging out on the window sill is her favorite past-time and she is quite good at it. She also is a big kisser and will purr non-stop as long as someone is giving her love.
Buddy Messages (2)
Her Buddies, Allison and Andy Frederick, from Lincoln, NE, sent her this message: "What a pretty girl you are Tila! Our family cat is also a rescue and we're so glad that you're now in a safe and caring place. When we can, we'll visit with treats. Enjoy lounging time! Our cat loves the window too, although not so much other cats. :-( Sending you lots of kisses! We hope one day you find your forever home, where you'll be royally pampered and loved." Tila sends Andy and Allison lots of little kitty kisses and many grateful purrs, and hopes they visit her soon!
Her Buddy, Mary Herberger, from East Dubuque, Illinois, sent her this message: "Dear Tila, You are a gorgeous girl. My heart breaks for what has happened to you, but I am so glad that you are safe, warm and loved now. I hope you soon find a wonderful home where you will be cherished and adored. Until then I am proud to be your Buddy." Tila sends Mary many happy, grateful hugs and kisses.

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
