Homeward Bound - Adopted!

Now living happily in Papillion, Nebraska

Celsian came to us from a puppy mill in South Dakota. She is what we like to call a "piece of work." She puts on the very best show of being shy but we all know she's a little firecracker. In the mornings, she is the ring leader of the entrepreneurs charging the kitchen counter for bites of chicken. She is all out for a good time and thinks we don't know it. She loves her other dog friends and they look to her for guidance, as they've caught on that Celsian is a doer and a goer and is the first one to figure things out. Potential adopters must be prepared for her timid act, but more importantly, they must be prepared for her spicy, fun personality that is just on the verge of completely emerging. We cannot wait to hear the stories soon to come.
Buddy Messages (1)
Her Buddy, Becky Brennan, from Salt Lake City, UT, sent her this message: "I hope this sweet girl finds a furever home." Celsian hopes so, too, and sends Becky many shy (not really!) kisses and lots of grateful hugs!

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
