Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Nebraska.

Grigio is a goofball. That's all there is to it. He is quite the entertainer and sometimes we think he keeps it up just for the applause. He has not a care in the world. He just wants to play and act silly and is simply an all around great guy! Grigio lived in a filthy, incredibly crowded puppy mill in Missouri. He has a scar on his hip that has healed over and we have no idea how it got there. Of course, the millers don't take the blame for injured dogs. Grigio lost 18 of his teeth at his dental visit but he doesn't miss them at all. Now that his mouth doesn't hurt anymore, he really only has time for fun. Grigio will be a delightful companion for some very lucky people, but only those who enjoy laughing.
Buddy Messages (1)
His Buddy, Jill Lanham, from Nelson, Nebraska, sent him this message: "You remind me so much of our little "Lexie" that we have now. If we didnt have 2 dogs already, you would be ours. Grigio, I hope you find a home that will give you the love you deserve, until then, I will be your buddy! Hugs and kisses to you :)" Grigio sends Jill, Lexie and the entire Lanham family many happy, grateful hugs and kisses.

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
