Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Lodi, New Jersey.

Caddy was rescued from a city pound the day before he was set to be euthanized. It is inconceivable that such a cute young fellow should have his life end and when we heard about him, we rushed to make sure he got out of that place immediately. We were absolutely delighted to find a silly puppy, full of sweetness and light. Caddy doesn't have a bad bone in his body. He never looks back to his dark days, but pushes forward with the unabandoned joy of young pup that knows only love. He adores everybody and everything, and has the best time on his trips to the yards, bumbling about with his pals and soaking up attention from all the great people. Caddy is the perfect dog for a family who wants a nice little companion who doesn't seem to have a care in the world.
Buddy Messages (1)
His Buddy, Christy Meyen, from Omaha, NE, sent him this message: "Caddy, We are so glad you found your way to HUA! Your little face is full of enthusiasm and looks like that of a boy who will show his new family endless happy playtime! Love and puppy kisses till you find your forever home. Christy, Chance, Chelsea, Brody and Finn. XoXo" Caddy sends the Meyen family (human and furkids) oodles of hugs and very playful kisses!

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
