Homeward Bound - Adopted!

Now living happily in Lincoln, Nebraska

Liberty was picked up as a stray on what would have been her last day of life at a small city pound. As you can see she is celebrating her freedom in great style! She is a beautiful girl who enjoys taking the plunge in the kiddie pool and running like a gazelle. She is a lab mix, but whatever she is mixed with is a smaller very sleek, petite and agile breed. It is amazing to watch her soar across the fields. For a youngster Liberty is calm and attentive. She is an all around fun-loving girl who is so happy to be saved and will be even happier to be home in a family of her very own. She adores people and loves play time with her pup pals.
Buddy Messages (1)
Her Buddy, Sally Foley, from Baltimore, MD, sent her this message: "Come on, Folks - adopt this charmer! Sally" Liberty sends Sally LOTS of puppy kisses and many very grateful puppy hugs!

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
