Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in New York.

Sarah was rescued from a nasty, run-down puppy mill in South Dakota. She spent the first 6 1/2 years of her life standing on wire, giving birth to litter after litter. We are certain she must have been very popular with the breeder, as she is a stunning, tiny beauty. She must have turned out some lovely babies. Thankfully, she is healthy and lost only 3 teeth at her dental visit. She is a perfectly sweet angel, with a little bit of a shy side still. Her favorite activity is following us around, trying to figure out what we're doing and what's going on. The pitter patter of her tiny toes has become a familiar sound to her caregivers, and we don't even have to turn around to see who's there. It's Sarah, watching closely and learning all new things. Sarah deserves a real home. She deserves to be pampered and cuddled and adored. She deserves for someone to show her how to play and how to be completely happy and how to be confident in the fact that she is loveable and perfect.
Buddy Messages (2)
Her Buddies, Allison and Andy Frederick, from Lincoln, NE, sent her this message: "Sarah, We love Papillions and are delighted to be your buddies! You look adorable and we can't wait to shower you with love. We look forward to getting to visit you. Lots of hugs and kisses. Allison and Andy Frederick" Sarah sends Allison and Andy many little kisses in return, and can't wait to get those hugs in person!
Her Buddy, Patrice Stephens, from Dallas, Texas, sent her this message: "You are such a beautiful young lady. My Elita wishes you could come curl up with her and have secret Papillion talks and is sure you will quickly find your wonderful own home. Kisses and hugs from Patti and Elita" Sarah sends Patrice and Elita many happy, grateful hugs and kisses.

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
