Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Fargo, North Dakota.

Babet spent the first ten years of her life being bred over and over again in a Kansas puppy mill. She arrived with Binna (her sister, daughter, cousin, niece??) and the two of them are pure delight. Babet lost the three teeth she had left during her dental exam. She's all gums now, causing her little tongue to hang from her mouth. But she is all love and wants only to be someone's cuddle bug lap dog. She approaches us gently and will put her paws on our shoes to be picked up. If we are sitting down, she very gently touches our feet or legs to let us know she is in need of a warm lap. For a 10 year old, puppy mill Pom, Babet's loving, trusting personality is nothing short of a miracle. We just love her and wish for the best of homes for her.
Buddy Messages (1)
Her Buddy, Lara Johnson, from Portsmouth, New Hampshire, sent her this message: "Hello beautiful girl! We hope that you find your way to a loving & caring home very soon. You deserve it! Lots of love from Lara, Josh, Chewie, Kiboko, Annie, and Lunchbox." Babet sends Lara, Josh, Chewie, Kiboko, Annie and Lunchbox many happy, grateful hugs and kisses.

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
