Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Blair, Nebraska.

Workers and employees at HUA call Bojangles a "little saint." We think there may be a little Dachshund in him as well as terrier, but there could also be some sheep. His hair feels like a wooly little lamb - it's fun just to pet him! Bojangles was with another rescue group and was sent to us from their clinic. He is having a grand old time in our Homeward Bound building making friends with humans and dogs left and right! He loves to be loved on and will do a silly dance if he wants to get your attention - just adorable! If you're looking for a young, fun-loving pup to brighten your days, Bojangles is surely your guy.
Buddy Messages (1)
His Buddy, Abby Lowe, from Lincoln, Nebraska, sent him this message: "Hey little guy! I've been checking out you and your friends all evening wishing more than anything that I could adopt you. I am currently a student at UNL and I don't have the money or the space to have a dog at this time, but some day I am hoping to adopt! You are a precious little dog and I love how your right ear is sticking up in all your pictures! Thank you for making my night so special. I am so happy that I can do this. Love, Abby" Bojangles and his friends send Abby many happy, grateful kisses and hugs.

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
