Flirty

be my buddy
Poodle
Born: 09/11/2004
Small
12 lbs
Female

Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Madison, South Dakota.

Flirty was rescued from a dog auction where the dogs were not selling and would have been destroyed if no one took them. A rescuer took all of the dogs and frantically called for help from other groups. Flirty is certainly enjoying her new found freedom and is elated that she was saved. We think she might be younger than stated on the papers provided from the puppy mill. She certainly doesn't act like she is five years old and she only lost two teeth at her vet visit. She loves to play and play with the puppies. She chases and wrestles with them. She is having the time of her life. She is named Flirty because she is a huge flirt with everyone, including the other dogs. This sweet little girl brings a smile to our faces every single day. She is precious!
Buddy Messages (1)
Her Buddy, Ella Wheeler, from Maplewood, New Jersey, sent her this message: "Hi Flirty, We like your name. We're happy to be your buddy. Love, Ella Wheeler and Family" Flirty sends darling little Miss Ella and her lovely family many happy, grateful kisses. She says she will give Grandma Carol and Grandpa Dennis extra kisses for you!

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
