Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Fredrick was found as a stray, so we don't know much about his life before HUA. What we do know is that he is one very mannerly gentleman. As excited as he is to see his humans, he never jumps up on us. He gives very nice kisses. Although still very much a pup and very much a player, he has just a sweet disposition and we think he is grand. He's also a "leaner," which is typical of the Great Dane breed. Fredrick will be a delightful addition to the family lucky enough to snatch him up.
Buddy Messages (1)
His Buddy, Jean Bressler, from Omaha, Nebraska, sent him this message: "Hi, Freddy. I hope you get your very own home soon. In the meantime, enjoy the safety and security of HUA." Freddy sends Jean and her lovely canine crew many happy, grateful kisses and hugs.

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
