Labrador Retriever Mix
Born: 09/23/2007
44 lbs

Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Greenfield, Massachusetts.

Nadia was found as a stray. We think she must have had a good family who loved her at one time. She came from an area that is experiencing very tough economic conditions, where dogs are being left at an alarming rate. She has obviously lived in a home before as she will hold her bladder forever waiting to go outside. She also knows sit and walks very nicely on a leash. How this sweet, funny eared, mannerly young lady found herself homeless we do not know. What we do know is that she should be in a home again soon. She is a very good girl who deserves the best and misses having her own family. Nadia is a female Labrador retriever mix (with baby elephant maybe?). She was born 09/23/07 and weighs 44 pounds.
Buddy Messages (2)
Her Buddy, Michelle Hughes, from Ogden, Utah, sent her this messasge: "Hi Nadia!! I'm sooo sorry to hear that you lost your home. You are in a great place now and I know with that beautiful smile you will find another forever home very soon!! Who could resist a face like that?? Hugs & kisses, Michelle" Nadia sends Michelle many happy, grateful kisses and hugs.
Her Buddy, Juli Roland, from Dallas, Texas, sent her this message: "Nadia, Anyone who willingly gave you up does not deserve to have you. You look like a special girl and I know someone will come to take you home soon, and give you a wonderful life with lots of love. Until then, enjoy your stay at HUA." Nadia sends Juli many happy, grateful hugs and kisses.

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
