Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Lincoln, Nebraska.

If you google the breed "Jack Russell Terriers," you will find the following list of descriptive words: sturdy, tenacious, agile, bold, assertive, energetic, loyal, intelligent, amusing, happy. That about sums up our precious Paula in a nutshell. She is still very puppy-like and adores attention. She plays and plays all day. She loves it when we speak to her - she wants to know everything that's going on and wants to join in all conversations. Her opinions are good ones and she means to share. Paula was taken out of a tragic hoarding situation and we are so relieved that she never became distrustful or unruly. She has a chance now to live her life to the fullest. She has a chance now to love and be loved. She has a chance now to become an important part of a family unit, and what joy and laughter she will bring to those very lucky people!
Buddy Messages (1)
Her Buddy, Rana Evans, from Jacksonville, Florida, sent her this message: "You are such beauty and have a wonderful smile. Hope you brighten someones life in a forever home soon. Lots of sniffs and licks , Portia Alumni" Paula sends Rana and Portia many happy, grateful hugs and kisses.

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
