Randi Rae

be my buddy
Shih Tzu
Born: 01/01/2006
11 lbs

Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Ann Arbor, MI.

Randi Rae is a gorgeous little clown. She loves to prance around and make silly faces for the camera. She was rescued from a South Dakota puppy mill. Her health was good overall at her first vet visit, but she did lose 13 teeth. She feels better without them and loves the good food at HUA and is so happy that she can eat it without being in pain now. She is the delight of her caregivers, greeting them with happy tail wags every morning and so grateful for a freshly laundered new blanket every day along with her good meals and recess play times with the other dogs. She is an independent girl who is still just a little shy but making great progress toward being friendly. She won't quite come right up to strangers yet but she does dance around, happily curious about all of the new fun happenings in her life.
Buddy Messages (1)
Her Buddy, Marcy McReynolds, from Colorado Springs, Colorado, sent her this message: "How can I not love that face? I wish I could add you to my other 3 Shih Tzus, but not at this time. I pray you find a perfect loving forever home soon." Randi Rae sends Marcy many happy, grateful hugs and kisses.

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
