Labrador Retriever
Born: 12/20/2011
Large
80 lbs
Male

Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Omaha, Nebraska.

PRECIOUS PUPPY ALERT!!!! Really, is there anything more adorable than a Lab puppy? Is there anything goofier, sweeter, funnier, clumsier? We think not. Rumpus found himself at the pound, a bit confused as to how he got there and why. His stay was not a lengthy one, however, as we snatched him up as soon as we got word he had arrived. Rumpus is a laid back, sort of lazy type that lopes along after us, wanting his people near at all times and wanting to know about all the coming and goings of the shelter. He thought posing for his photos was a neat thing to do and very much appreciated all the attention. He has a good time romping around in the yard, as long as there are snuggles for when he gets sleepy. He is a precious bundle of fun and love and everything good.
Buddy Messages (2)
His buddy, Suanne Hastie, from Glenwood, Iowa writes: "He is just adorable!! If I could I would take him home today!!" Rumpus says many thankful tail wags and kisses to Suanne!

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
