Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Lincoln, Nebraska.

If you assume, by looking at her photos, that Spice is the most hilarious, goofy Bulldog in all the land, then your assumption is completely correct. This kid is just a riot. She's all wiggly, all snorty, all silly, all the time. Spice was supposed to be a breeding dog, but after her puppies failed to thrive she was given over to a family. Those people loved her a lot, and taught her many things about being a lady. Eventually, a human baby came along who was very allergic to Spice. We knew immediately upon meeting her that everyone would be enchanted by this petite, grinning girl. She is the typical character Bulldog, loves people to pieces, loves to show off and make us smile. Spice has shown nothing but good behavior here at HUA and we just love her. We'd like to find her a fabulous home as soon as possible as this darling gal deserves nothing but the happiest of lives.
Buddy Messages (1)
Her Buddy, Annette Sandoval from Boston, MA, sent her this message: "Spice, I am so sorry you lost your home, but you look like such a fabulous girl that I'm sure your forever family will find you very quickly, take you home and adore you for the rest of your life! Until then, I'd love to be your Buddy!" Spice sends Annette lots of grateful hugs and many BIG kisses!

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
