Homeward bound-adopted!

Cuter than heck is what this tiny little poot is. Zane came from a breeding situation in Nebraska and he could not be happier to be out of that place. He's the life of the party, playing and loving and wanting to be with everyone all of the time. Zane's favorite part of the day is lunch time when he gets to visit the sunroom. He wiggles and dances from person to person getting us all to make over him because he is just so adorable. He makes sure he says hello to the other little dogs in the room and will play with each and every one of them. He, of course, has grabbed the heart of our main caregiver, John, also known as the Chihuahua Whisperer. John has taken him to the big house for a few slumber parties and Zane has had the time of his life. He comes back with big tales of great adventures and has nicely requested that we get him one of those home things of his own. We told Zane we're working on it, and he is delighted about that.
Buddy Messages (1)
His Buddy, Jacqueline Edens from Chicago, IL, sent him this message: "Hey Little Guy, you hang in there and keep wowing them. I will be your Buddy until your new parents come along. Believe!" Zane assures Jacqueline that he DOES believe, and sends her little dances of joy and lots of kisses!

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
