Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Omaha, Nebraska.

Zoy was rescued from a puppy mill in Missouri. He had much to overcome but he did it without hesitation. He was severely heart worm positive and he lost every one of his teeth at his first vet visit. He came through his long heart worm treatment with flying colors and is loving his soft, nutritious food with whole peas and carrots in it. He is such a handsome little fellow! He knows how to charm the ladies, both human and canine. He loves his recess time and has a ball getting out and running around. He has never known so much freedom and happiness. He begs to be loved. This boy will be beside himself with joy to get to experience life in a home. We hope that happens for him soon. He is so very smart and adorable. He will make the perfect companion and he will be so very loyal and loving.
Buddy Messages (1)
His Buddies, Justin and Susanna Furlone, from Carmel, California, sent him this message: "You are such a special boy and we are very sorry that life has been so tough on you Zoy. Now that you are safe at HUA we hope that you find the perfect home! Hugs from Justin, Susanna and our Pom girl Shelby." Zoy sends Justin, Susanna and sweet Shelby many happy, grateful hugs and kisses.

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
