Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Loredo was rescued from a kill shelter in Texas only hours away from euthanasia. People there and people here refused to let that happen and together the humans worked feverishly to get this little guy to HUA. Loredo shows his appreciation by just being himself, who happens to be the cutest little guy ever. We pour over him like fools and he lets us. Actually, he rather loves it. There is not a living creature that Loredo doesn’t like, and we takes turns cuddling and kissing on him. He is such an all-around good dog that he fits in anywhere. He has tons of fun visiting the sunroom and zipping around the play yards. He peruses the place with his friends but never forgets to run up to a human for some love. Loredo is an all around terrific little man, and that adorable face is one nobody can resist.
Buddy Messages (1)
His Buddy, Linda Murphy, from Boca Raton, FL, sent him this message: "Hello sweet boy, we are so glad you were saved and know soon you'll be part of a loving family. Until that time, we're happy to care for you. Hugs and Wet Kisses from the Boca Pack - Mickey, Ellie, Nutley, Grace and Abbie - may love find you." Loredo feels all the love from Linda and the Boca Pack, and sends them many grateful little kisses and great big hugs in return!

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
