Moochie Featured

be my buddy
Pekingnese
Born: 05/19/2009
Medium
21 lbs
Male

Moochie was rescued from a horrific puppy mill in Nebraska that was forced to significantly downsize. He was a frightened little pooch when he arrived, but he has settled down and has become a laid back, quiet observer. He is an easy liver, this little guy, and loves to hang out and watch the comings and goings. Moochie has a micro eye and probably has no vision in it, but you'd never know anything was different about him. He is a sweetheart and bound to get along fine with just about anybody, as long as there is a little patience at first as he takes in his new surroundings.
Buddy Messages (1)
His Buddy, Virginia Kass, from Mankato, MN, sent him this message: "Moochie you look to be a little charmer. Sending you lots of tummy scratches." Moochie sends Virginia LOTS of shy, happy kisses and very peppy tail wags!

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
