Horatio came from one of the very worst breeders in Nebraska. Although he is a young fellow he has been traumatized and is frightened of people. We know this gorgeous young fellow will be worth the effort when he comes out of his shell and becomes the confident Dachshund that he should and can be. He is a double dapple and has a micro-eye because of poor breeding. It doesn't bother him any and he gets around just fine. Would you make room for Horatio in your heart and home?
His buddy, Kathy Szudy from Columbus, OH, sent him this message:
"Hi, Horatio! I'm so very sorry that you were so scared and sad for so many years. Me, Babycakes (my 10-year old Bichon) and Frankie (my 8-year old Corgi/Bassett Hound who was not treated very well until he came to me) want you to know that you are so special. We know that you will find you fur-ever home soon, and we are sending you love, hugs, and hope."
Horatio is so grateful to have special friends like Kathy, Babycakes and Frankie and sends them a bunch of hugs and lots of kisses!
