Bells was languishing in a shelter in North Carolina when Hurricane Florence devastated the area. Many dogs needed to be evacuated from the shelters to make room for family dogs displaced by the hurricane. This gorgeous girl is a delight. When she arrived we noticed that she had a case of "happy tail." She was so excited during her transport that Bells had wagged her tail into an injury, and the tip of it had to be amputated. It still works just fine, though! Bells adores humans like no other. She is sweet and playful and an all around joyous gal. Her goofy facial expressions are a constant source of entertainment. If you don't mind abundant kisses and enthusiastic hugs, Bells is probably the perfect pup for you. She will be thrilled to find a wonderful family upon which to bestow her affection.
