Bubba was rescued from a breeder who had too many dogs to care for properly. He is a kindly old gentleman, quite spry and very curious. He is almost blind but it doesn't slow him down. He loves to investigate his surroundings, often with his nose held high to detect anything (especially a good treat) that he should be particularly aware of. The sun room is his favorite because he can feel the sun shine through all of the glass and also get plenty of food, love and hugs. Bubba is a male Manchester Terrier. He is estimated to have been born somewhere between 1996 and 1998. He weighs 21 pounds.

His Buddy, Curtis Blythe, from Mound City, Kansas sent him this message: "I am making this donation in the name of my beloved dog Bear. I had to do the most difficult thing in my life and have Bear put down after a battle with cancer. I found Bear 8 years ago in an animal shelter where he was going to be put down within the hour! He brought me so many years of joy and I hope I did the same for him. Bubba, I hope you will find the same love and devotion that Bear and I had." Bubba sends Curtis and Bear at The Rainbow Bridge many happy grateful kisses.

His Buddy, Jennifer Hirsh, from Evanston, Illinois, sent him this message: "Bubba reminds me of my beloved dog Baxter who recently passed. He was my "little brother" and such an important member of my family. He was our protector, our walk/car riding buddy, our best friend and now our angel. I hope Buddy finds a wonderful family."
