Chihuahua | Born: Jan 01, 1998 | Weight: 5 lbs. | Gender: Male
Pip is a black and tan chihuahua born in 1998 in a Missouri mill. Pip has an adorable little smile and likes to keep us on our toes. He's timid around people at first. The poor little fella just doesn't believe good things are meant to happen for him after his years spent in misery in the mill. Sometimes he will forget himself and smile big or do cute tricks. We know he wants to be loved and that he's beginning to trust. Pip will be a darling devoted little companion, perfect for a quiet home willing to show him all the goodness in the world. Pip weighs about five pounds. He has been neutered and is current on heatlh care.
His Buddy, Susan Tabor, from Gig Harbor, Washington sent him this message: "Hello Little Pip, I am praying for you a wonderful home with soft blankets and a human bed to sleep on just like my three human dog children! Hugs and kisses to you!" Pip sends Susan and her furkids many grateful Chihuahua boy kisses.
Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
