Faye was dumped out in the country in the middle of winter. When she arrived at HUA she was horribly emaciated and we feared for her life. She was so nice and grateful for every thing that was provided for her and our hearts hurt for the pain she was in. As she recovered from her terrible ordeal Faye showed us that she was incredibly sweet-natured, and she made friends with dogs who needed reassurance. She shows compassion for those that are hurting as she once was. It's a beautiful thing. Faye adores people as well and loves romping in the fields when the weather is nice. Everyone around here thinks she is a great dog. Faye is on special diet for kidney issues and medication for mild arthritis but she is one happy camper that lives life to its fullest.
