A smaller rescue group asked HUA for our help with Timmy when it was deemed he would be difficult to properly socialize him with limited volunteer resources. As cute as he is, this stinker makes a lot of noise behind a gate and he can be intimidating to a stranger. We were advised that Tim has a tendency toward food aggression but it appears that was caused by a misunderstanding between a foster parent and a bone Timmy wanted. Here, he takes treats very nicely out of our hands and there is never any sign of discontent. Timmy may not want things taken from him, but that can be remedied with patience and training. He loves walking on his leash and he is super playful--he'll roll around in the snow or flop about in a big pool--anything is game if it's fun. Tim is a handsome, happy, fuzzy, silly kid who just needs the confidence of being an important member of a family.
