Homeward bound-adopted!

Now living happily in Omaha, Nebraska.

Faye Yorkie is an absolute sweetheart! We love her big, butterfly ears and gorgeous brown eyes. She came to us from a disgusting puppy mill in Iowa and lost three teeth due to rot and decay at her dental visit. She is completely recovered from that experience is really just a darling. Faye adores being kissed and cuddled. When we let her visit us in the shelter office, she bounces around checking everything and everyone out, saying hello to the other pups in the room, and then settles into one of our laps for a good tummy rubbing and ear scratching. Faye wants nothing more than love and affection, and maybe an occasional cookie for being such a good girl. Really, we don't think that's too much to ask.
Buddy Messages (3)
Her Buddy, Mark Hannon, from Pasadena, Maryland, sent her this message: "Dear Faye, You are an adorable little girl. We hope you find a wonderful, loving home very soon." Faye sends Mark many happy, grateful hugs and kisses.
Her Buddies, Larry and Carol Hefling, from Murray, Nebraska, sent her this message: "Dear Faye, We am so happy you are safe and have a warm bed and food each day. We will be your buddy to make sure it will continue. Carol and Larry" Faye sends Larry and Carol many happy, grateful hugs and kisses.
Her Buddy, Amy Duxbury, from East Palo Alto, California, sent her this message: "Faye looks so much like my adorable Molly, that I adopted from HUA 2 years ago. Faye has gorgeous flag ears, just like Molly, and it sounds like she has the same irresistible personality." Faye sends Amy many thankful yorkie kisses and tail wags.

Thanks for Visiting Our Animals!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we can give you more information on each dog if you click the Adoption Info & Application link above. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
