Kaye

When Kaye was brought to the Shelter she crawled along the ground. She was skin and bones. Her ears and head were covered with engorged ticks. Her family was throwing her out because she killed chickens. No wonder! Kaye was starved. Kaye has lived in the Sanctuary for four years. She is fiercely devoted. She is so happy to be in a place where there is love that she even just sits and soaks it up when other dogs are being loved. She is very protective. Strangers beware! For this reason she has not been adopted. Kaye is ecstatic here.
