Paloma came to us from a situation where she was not treated well. She is a brave little soul who is working hard to overcome her fears. She is very shy but is warming up to her caretakers, as she's learned that they will only treat her gently and will share with her delightful things. There are soft blankets, yummy food, plenty of clean water, and play time--she thinks this must surely be how royalty is treated.
Paloma has let us know that she wants to be the only princess in the castle--she does not enjoy the company of other female dogs one little bit, but likes her male roommates very much. We have promised Paloma we will help her find the people who will introduce her to life in a loving home where she is the only belle of the ball. It will be only the beginning of the new life of love and comfort this little girl so richly deserves.Adopt Me »
