HOMEWARD BOUND - ADOPTED - now living happily in Omaha, NE!
Kimbre was in an overcrowded pound down south. Whatever happened to land her in that scary place damaged her soul. When she arrived she was absolutely terrified of everyone and everything. Now that Kimbre has spent some time in a home in the foster house on the HUA campus, she has adjusted to this new life and is showing improvement. This tiny little one really needs the company of other dogs and she looks to them for support. She will jump on the sofa for a bit of affection, but that is the only time she seeks it out on her own. She loves chew bones and playing with her toys, and that is good to see. Kimbre needs a quiet, patient and understanding family for her to continue to gain confidence. She will also need a tall fence that she would be unable to climb because apparently Kimbre is part mountain goat. Because of her disposition and her very petite stature Kimbre would do best in a home with no small children.
